Firm's profile

QUINS spol. s r.o. is a family firm established in 1991 in Pilsen, the Czech Republic. Since the very beginning, the firm has been focusing its activities on designing, production and sales of industrial waste water treatment facilities specialized in particular in waste water contaminated by emulsified and not emulsified grease and petroleum substances, finely dispersed solid particles and heavy metals. The main industries using Quins units are:

  • car service stations and washes
  • industrial degreasing plants
  • paint shops
  • plating shops
  • glassworks

Waste water treatment

Sorption-demulsifying and membrane separation procedures are used to treat waste water.

For industrial waste water treatment, the Quins product range provides a number of type waste water treatment plants and micro-filtration units, as well as various types of separators, sorption filters and other devices.

Polypropylene, polyethylene and PVC products

Another group of the Quins portfolio covers products welded from polypropylene, polyethylene and PVC, such as the different types of tanks, sumps, storage tanks, garden pools, small cooling towers and air-conditioning piping.

Quins takes pride in high flexibility as its edge; type production only takes 35%, the remaining part being covered by atypical customized products.

Quality

Since 1999, production quality has been proved through quality management system certification according to EN ISO 9001 and type product certification by TZÚS Praha.
