Quins s.r.o. designs and supplies Fe, Al and stainless material pre-treatment facilities used for surface in-process degreasing, pickling, activation and passivation before:
- Powder or wet varnishing
- Metal plating
- Hot-dip galvanizing
The solutions are always customized.
Quins degreasing plants are classified into two groups:
- High-pressure washing booths of maximum dimensions 10 x 6 x 5 m (l x w x h). The booths may be equipped with overhead grooves, be open on one side or of a through design. These workplaces usually include degreaser recirculation units.
- Dip-degreasing lines of maximum dimensions 7.5 x 1 x 2 m (l x w x h). In addition to tanks, deliveries may include other equipment such as overhead conveyors, manipulators, drying furnaces, etc.
