The liquidation of waste waters is seen by many producers as a field that makes no profit, and in fact requires only investment. This is not helped by the fact that this problem is enforced by legislation. The investment and operational costs can, however, be much lower thanks to the appropriate approach. We have been gathering experience in this field since 1991.
We are mostly focussed on the liquidation of industrial waste water and the design of equipment for the preparation of demineralized water for industrial purposes. In this way the equipment fulfils the criteria and all required parameters.
Thanks to this approach our equipment is reliable and service is not only simplified, but even speeded up. This all results in savings in resources and time.
We take into account the frequent change in service personnel who are not geared towards complex training. In this way you can achieve better care of the supplied machine.
In this field we work mainly with waste waters which are produced in the machine industry during the machining or surface treatment of metals. Apart from the machine industry however, our clients operate in the fields of automotive repair, glass making, the ceramic industry and many others.
In cases where chemical approaches are not sufficient we make use of a range of membrane processes (microfiltration, ultrafiltration), and, if required, ion exchange technology. The capacities of our equipment runs in ranges from 100 litres to 10 m3/hr.
These are used, above all, for the most complicated waters where the concentration of contaminants is too high. Contaminants can also be found in mixtures which do not allow for the usual approaches.
Thanks to their simple and well-thought out construction, investment in evaporators is far lower, and most parts are produced directly at our company. Running costs are then lowered by the appropriate combination of evaporators with other devices – in this way costs are cut for the required chemicles and the cleaned water has a much higher quality.
Modification of water for industry and other sectors is not a simple process. Unrefined water from the water supply is used to create water that does not reduce the quality of production.
There is, in fact, no ‘single water’. It can differ greatly in composition according to location. Requirements placed on the resultant quality of water and production are constantly getting higher, which of course affects the area of water management. Even the production process today requires only the best results and quality of the water that enters the process in question.
Water from the general supply has usually had the majority of mechanical pollution removed and iron and manganese removal is carried out. It is subsequently softened and demineralized. We are completely prepared for all these methods and we can offer our customers the full range of appropriate solutions and equipment.
